They were the prize of kings and noblemen dating back thousands of years. They were often called the "Cook's Hawk" as they provided so much game for the kitchen. Tim Neese and Joe Katterhenry have been involved in falconry for over 30 years. This video is a collection of flights from their hunting trips which span a ten year period.
