Western Sporting is offering this highly-engineered custom-polypropylene longwing block perch with stainless steel spike. It offers form, function and a value.

We are very pleased with how this new perch turned out and think it will be a favorite for longwingers. It has the shape of a traditional wooden block perch without the hassle of the block failing in the weather as wooden blocks have a habit of doing.

Both Sizes Only $169.95:

6 1/2" Size: Tiercel size, smaller hybrids and similar longwings.

7 1/2" Size: Larger falcon size for longwing's up to the size of a gyrfalcon.

Perch Body and Top: The body and top of the perch is made of cast wood-toned polypropylene in our own custom-made perch mold. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications and it is very tough.

Perch Shaft: The spike on this perch is 9-inches long from the bottom of the 3-inch base plate and very unique as it is not welded but threaded and glued together with a strong epoxy. Yes, JB-Weld which is claimed to be tougher than steel. It sits inside of a brass sleeve that has been molded into the perch top for long wear and easy removal.
