We have added a custom-filling stem to our balloons that makes it easy to add or remove helium. This little stem valve is similar to the one you would have seen on a beach ball. Helium is expensive and you want to be able to top-off your balloon without excess helium escaping.
Each balloon comes with a separate handle with an adequate length of strong line on it for management while preparing to fly your balloon and hawk, patches for small holes, and common sense instructions for the management of a helium balloon.
