This is a very quick way to grab a sparrow, starling or collared dove for your hawk or for trapping. It is part of your normal bird feeder in the yard and it can be set when you need to trap. It only takes a few minutes to trap a bird. Keep feed in the tray at all times. (You have to get to the trap quickly for the collared dove as they are very strong and can push their way out if left in the trap for a while.)

I personally use sparrows as a little power-packed vitamin pill for my hawk along with the normal ration of food being offered.

It comes with a black plastic pvc tray, mounting bracket and screws. Just attach this trap to your bird feeding station. It comes with a little block of wood to jam the door open for a period of time while your own neighborhood birds get accustomed to the trap.
