ORDER INFORMATION
Items in stock are subject to prior sale. However, we do update the web site as quickly as possible when a product, color or size is out-of-stock, or prices go up or down. If it is on the web site is should be in-stock. We strive to fill all orders within one business day and most of the time we can do that but this is not always possible. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Western Sporting uses the services of an answering service for your convenience as calls come in at all times during the day and night. Answering service staff are not falconers so customers are responsible for checking the correctness of their order during the process and when they receive an email order confirmation. It will be important for the answering service to know the product numbers and attributes, such as size, color, etc. to get it right and we appreciate you helping them take your order.
For first time customers placing large orders, be aware that we may need to contact you for additional information that will be required prior to processing and shipping your order. This additional information may also be required for orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us for return instructions up to 90 days after purchase. Items returned without an RMA number or prior approval will not be accepted. After 30 days or longer, we may assess a small repackaging or re-stocking fee depending on time needed to get items back into inventory. We cannot refund or exchange items if they arrive at Western Sporting in anything other than new condition. Returned items that have failed due to use other than what they were intended for will not be accepted. SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.A.
At checkout the customer will be given choices for shipping. We will ship according to your choice. There are some occasions when we must ship via a different method and you will be informed if that happens--it rarely does happen. We attempt to get all expedited packages out the morning of the day we process the order. If a package is over-sized or especially heavy, we may contact you with alternatives.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
Orders sent to countries outside of the USA are generally shipped United States Postal Service Air Mail. Shipping with UPS or FedEx is also available. Please note there may be additional customs fees upon receipt of your order. Western Sporting is not responsible for these fees as we have no ability to control them. If your package is late arriving, we are forced to follow the mandatory 60-day waiting period prior to the USPS resolving the issue with the package. This scenario is extremely rare.
PAYMENT: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
Wire transfers, Western Union, checks and money orders in U.S. funds are also accepted. Orders placed through the mail with a personal check will have a mandatory two-week waiting period prior to the products being sent out.
